Wonderful winters day... still no food

My original plan was to write mostly about food, however I have come across one hindrance, photos. Most of the time I am really hungry when I am finished cooking and so forget to take pictures. This wouldn't be a problem unless I personally hated to read food blogs without pictures. 


Today I was supposed to write my first food entry, I have the photo and all but... I forgot the recipe. How much I put salmon and how much fennel and so on. So I am showing you more non food related photos.


since February arrived I have moved from yearning for summer to enjoying the winter light, which is magnificent, even down here. My parents just moved to Rovaniemi in Finnish Lapland and my mom is raving about the light there, but I want to show that we have beauty down here as well.
